As a Myofunctional Therapist with a background in Dental Hygiene and a passion for whole-body wellness. My experience in clinical dentistry sparked a deeper interest in how overall health impacts oral health, leading me to focus my education on gut health. I became certified as a Nutrition Counselor and began coaching clients in fitness and nutrition. Through myofunctional therapy, I help clients improve breathing, function, and overall well-being with a comprehensive, integrative whole-body approach.
My mission is to help people live healthier, more comfortable lives by supporting proper oral function, airway health, and overall wellness. As a Dental Hygienist, Nutrition Coach, and Myofunctional Therapist, I take a whole-body approach—because how we breathe, chew, and swallow is deeply connected to the rest of our health.
I also bring in my knowledge of nutrition and supplements to help address underlying issues that can impact progress—like inflammation, muscle tone, or healing after procedures. Whether it’s supporting better sleep, improving focus, or easing jaw pain, I believe that the right nutrients can make a big difference. I’m here to guide and educate with empathy, offering practical tools and personalized support for both individuals and families navigating myofunctional challenges.

I work with kids and adults age 6 and above.
For the younger kids 3-5 mini sessions are available on a case by case basis
A free 30 minute consultation is initially offered following a 90 minute comprehensive evaluation for $295
Therapy may range from 12-15 sessions depending on severity identified in comprehensive evaluation and a customized treatment plan and cost estimate will be discussed on an individually based on your needs
Insurance is not accepted at this time.
Each session is 30–45 minutes and held every two weeks. Between visits, you’ll be responsible for five minutes of daily exercises, twice a day. Consistency and active participation are key to success. I’ll be here to guide and support you, and your ongoing commitment will help ensure the best possible results.
